Molecule publishes open access journal. This means that all articles published in our journals are freely available online to anyone, without any financial, legal, or technical barriers. Our journals provide unrestricted access to research articles, allowing researchers and the general public to read, download, copy, distribute, and use the articles without any restrictions, as long as they give appropriate credit to the original authors and publishers.

The open access model aims to make scientific knowledge more accessible, affordable, and reusable, and to promote collaboration and innovation across different disciplines and geographical regions.

OPEN ACCESS ADVANTAGES

Publishing open access has several significant advantages, including:

Preservation and reuse

Open access articles are often archived in online repositories or libraries, which can ensure their long-term preservation and accessibility. Open access articles may also be freely reused and adapted for other purposes, such as teaching, research, or commercial use, under certain conditions.

Broader readership

Open access articles are not limited by subscription fees or other access barriers, which means they can reach a broader readership, including researchers, students, policymakers, journalists, and the general public.

Increased impact

Open access articles are more visible and therefore more likely to be cited by other researchers, which can increase the impact and influence of the work. The permission-free reuse policy of open access articles, under Creative Commons licenses, provides more possibilities to reuse and build on OA published work.

Faster dissemination of research

Open access articles can be published more quickly than traditional articles, which may take months or even years to appear in print. This allows researchers to share their findings more rapidly and respond to emerging issues and trends.

Ethical and social responsibility

Open access can help promote ethical and social responsibility in science by increasing transparency, accountability, and public engagement. Open access can also help address inequities in access to knowledge and promote global cooperation and collaboration in scientific research.

Meeting the requirements of funder mandates

Funding bodies, institution, or employers are increasingly imposing requirements for open access publication of research findings.

Increased collaboration and networking

Open access research can foster collaboration between researchers from different institutions and countries. This collaboration can lead to increased transparency as researchers work together to validate and verify research findings. Open access also ensures increase opportunities for research to take part in interdisciplinary research.

Increased visibility and free availability

Open access articles are available to anyone with an internet connection, which can increase the visibility making it more discoverable and accessible. Free access opens the way for new reader with interest in the field such as researchers from developing countries or those from outside the established research environment. In addition, when research is openly available, anyone can review and analyze the work, which can lead to increased trust and confidence in the findings.
